Profile: Little is known of Keith Dawson's history beyond the fact that he owned the drinking establishment La Cancion for approximately one year, has superhuman powers, and has a prior history with billionaire Vincent Scuzleoni who seems to owe Dawson a favor. It is possible that Dawson is an American citizen who either fled the country or was asked to leave at least a decade prior to the start of the series. Dawson's involvement in the Intrepid story centers on his coming to the aid of the series' protagonist Joseph Paxton, helping him to escape superhuman attackers and eventually joining him on a quest to rescue a captured friend.
Personality: Dawson has a laid back and affable personality though he has no aversion to engaging in brutal combat on a whim. He seems to be loyal to his friends as seen by his desire to avenge those who were killed in San Miguel by unknown forces. His apparent friendship with Vincent Scuzleoni suggests that he may be a trustworthy associate; however it should be noted that Dawson pays a close resemblance to the U.S. felon known as "The Redheaded Bandit." In fact it has been suggested the two are one and the same. The truth of this assertion would of course cast further suspicions onto Dawson's true nature. All things considered, Dawson can best be described as an enigma.
Powers: Keith Dawson possesses mutated adrenal glands producing anomalous amounts of adrenalin and endorphins which increase his strength and resistance to injury during battle. How these abilities were acquired is not known. Dawson asserts that he was "bit by a radioactive vat of chemicals." This testimony is generally believed to be false.
Other abilities: Keith is a gifted fighter not having received any formal training. He acquired is fighting skills getting into various bar room brawls across the globe. Keith is also an excellent driver, bartender, card player, girl chaser, story teller, and apparently a brilliant painter.
